Speaker 1:And I'm Rory.
Speaker 2:Welcome to the Romy's Podcast. We are excited to jump into a series with you guys today about a super fun town in Texas, just left of Dallas-Fort Worth, called Mineral Wells.
Speaker 1:Mineral Wells. We've been talking wellness, speaking of wells in our previous episodes. To get you prepped and ready to dive into.
Speaker 2:The wellness capital of Texas.
Speaker 1:Bam, oh yeah.
Speaker 2:Now we're going to spend the next four episodes and the next four weeks on our social media, so make sure that you're following us on Instagram at TheRomies.
Speaker 1:We're going to be talking about this awesome place. Yes, we'll be sharing all kinds of goodies about this town, including.
Speaker 2:The history of Mineral Wells, which we'll dive into next time, but on today's episode, we want to focus on what this town is really known and famous for, and that is their rich mineral water.
Speaker 1:And boy, one of us really dove into the waters on this trip yeah, literally. Yeah, actually, I think it's more like you fell into the water when you were paddleboarding. But on that in two episodes from now. Unfortunately, my camera was not rolling at the time. And you swallowed half the lake, so I was too concerned about you choking to death, but we'll talk about that yeah.
Speaker 2:So, back to the minerals. Oh, okay, so yeah mineral wells is known for what they call crazy water. So the story goes that back in 1881, a woman known at the time to suffer from some type of dementia would sit by the well and drink the mineral water.
Speaker 1:And that's not the same thing as women suffragette. For those of you who don't know the difference in the meaning of the words suffer, the woman suffered. You didn't even get that, did you? Anyway?
Speaker 2:Well, I didn't get in the context of any kind of conversation that we were just having.
Speaker 1:Yeah, you said woman and suffer, and my mind said women suffragette. I'm just okay anyway.
Speaker 2:Okay, you're studying your history right now, so it's in your brain.
Speaker 5:I guess Okay.
Speaker 2:Okay, so back to this history. Okay, in 1881, a woman who was known with some type of dementia all right, she would sit by the well to drink the water and people slowly started to notice that that crazy old lady was no longer crazy anymore.
Speaker 1:Less crazy than before. The well became known as the Crazy Well and thousands of people began to hear the stories and they started flocking to mineral wells. Don't mean they were bringing their flocks.
Speaker 2:I mean, they may have they may have, because that's how he originally tested the water was with his cow flock. He was really stretching it today, okay.
Speaker 1:They started flocking to mineral wells to drink this magical water. The people were going, yes.
Speaker 2:Yes, so there's this other guy, mr Dismuke, and I'm sure that I'm. How do you pronounce that, dismuke? And I'm sure that I'm. How do you pronounce that Dismuke?
Speaker 1:Yeah, if you want to make it sound cool, it's Mr Dismuke. Yeah, Dismuke, sure.
Speaker 2:D-I-S-M-U-K-E. Mr Him, he was told by his doctor that there was no cure for his ailing stomach. All right, but, he went to mineral wells and started drinking the water, and he was restored to health.
Speaker 1:The magical water.
Speaker 2:Yes, so in 1904, he founded the famous mineral water company. So they began to sell and distribute the mineral water. They distribute and sell crazy water.
Speaker 1:And people are still coming and we happen to be some of those people.
Speaker 2:Yes. So we encourage you to become some of those people too. So take a road trip when you go, so you can bring home five gallon containers of the good stuff, just like we did.
Speaker 1:We did Multiples of them.
Speaker 2:Now, what's cool about Mineral Wells? Well, one cool thing about the drinking water side of things is that when you visit the Crazy Water Hotel, you're going to find some cool shops. Is it Crazy Hotel or Crazy?
Speaker 1:Water Hotel. It's Crazy Water Hotel, yeah, because the hotel's not so crazy. It's really cool.
Speaker 2:It's very, very cool, yeah, and You'll also find the Crazy Coffee and Water Bar.
Speaker 1:Who's ever heard of a water bar right?
Speaker 2:Right. But, it's super cool. Yes, so people feel so much better and probably avoid a lot of mistakes if this was the norm right.
Speaker 1:Yeah, if it was the norm, that's right and it was.
Speaker 2:Back in the day. So you're going to hear more about back in the day in an upcoming episode.
Speaker 4:That's right.
Speaker 2:But we're going to let you hear our experience tasting the waters at the Crazy Coffee and Water Bar.
Speaker 1:Yum yum.
Speaker 2:My name is Amy. My name is. Grace Okay y'all, I am so thirsty.
Speaker 6:Well, you've come to the right place. That's what I hear. Okay, we're gonna have you try the waters. We have four different kinds, five in total, counting our fizzy water that we have. I'm just gonna start y'all off with our number one.
Speaker 1:Okay, alright, so this will get rid of our rheumatism.
Speaker 2:And dementia, and dementia that's right, yes, Reverse osmosis of our number three.
Speaker 6:So we just went in and we took out as many of the minerals as we could. So we just leave a trace mineral. So that's going to be just your purified drinking water and that's our number one.
Speaker 2:Okay, so this is just quote-unquote. Normal drinking water.
Speaker 6:Yes.
Speaker 2:Nothing's normal, because this is all special, it's all crazy. Water, right.
Speaker 6:But yeah, that's the most purified water that we offer. Okay, more sauce posters yes, so people come up and they don't. Yeah, trace minerals, which makes it alkaline. Alkaline, okay, yes, all right.
Speaker 2:Now number Alkaline. Okay, yes, alright, now number two. So you know alkaline water helps with. That's a pH thing and it's very healing, exactly, and it gets rid of all of the icky things in your body system.
Speaker 1:When I was going through chemo, I drank all alkaline water.
Speaker 2:And he's cancer free.
Speaker 1:Not that the alkaline water did it, I'm just saying.
Speaker 2:But that was one of our many things that we did, yeah, and most purified water.
Speaker 5:it's actually going to kind of strip your body of minerals.
Speaker 4:And it's going to fit it.
Speaker 5:That's why they do that just trace minerals to make sure it's aqua-like.
Speaker 1:It's like drinking distilled water. It's going to pull things out because they've all been taken from it, right, yes?
Speaker 6:Not just drinking water so what you have here is our number two. This is the lowest mineral content water that we have. It comes from a well that is 250 feet deep and this is the water that Dr Norwood, back in the day, he would prescribe this one to his patients as treatment.
Speaker 1:All right, so this is from the well.
Speaker 6:Yes, okay, all right. Yes, this is the first one that you're going to try.
Speaker 1:So what I read over there about the judge what's the guy who fell on the fence?
Speaker 6:Lynch.
Speaker 1:Yes, judge Lynch. So, Lynch, he was concerned about the taste, so he had his cattle first. Make sure it was safe. And then, they started drinking it and got rid of their rheumatism. Whatever. So is this similar idea.
Speaker 5:Most of the wells back from the early 1900s and the late 1800s especially were shallow wells and that's where you find the number four, mineral water, which is more mineral rich.
Speaker 3:So that's probably why they were getting such quick benefits because, all those minerals are in that more shallow layer, the deeper it's, not so much the deeper you go but there's different pools, where the two is like kind of the middle layer.
Speaker 5:Yeah, okay, yeah.
Speaker 1:Okay, yeah, the deeper, I guess the more filtering gets done, coming down through the sediment and all that. Yeah, yes, this must be the first I've ever drank what somebody would call number two water.
Speaker 6:Yeah, the name itself.
Speaker 5:I've never thought about that. That's funny.
Speaker 2:Yeah, I feel like I taste the minerals. Yes, I mean, I wouldn't know those are minerals, because I don't think enough minerals.
Speaker 1:You know that clean and it's almost like in a good way, metallic. Yeah, Like there's osmosis, yes, kind of like that. This one doesn't have that.
Speaker 6:Yes.
Speaker 1:Cheers.
Speaker 6:This is our number three. This is the most popular water, so we're going more shallow. No, you're actually going deeper.
Speaker 5:Going deeper.
Speaker 6:Yes, Okay, all right, this is the deepest one that we offer. It comes from a well that's 360 feet deep. This is our most popular water. Like I said, it's the medium content. It acts as like a healthy Gatorade. It has all those electrolytes, the vitamins, the nutrients and the minerals, of course, just none of that bad stuff. This one's really good for promoting hydration and all the good stuff.
Speaker 1:All right, excellent. This one's my favorite. This is a lot of people's.
Speaker 6:I almost had a slight saltiness to my palate. I know that's strange, yes. Well, try this one. This one's going to be a little saltier. And what do you cleanse your?
Speaker 1:palate with when you're drinking water.
Speaker 6:Right, that's the one that'll come in the green bottles.
Speaker 2:Okay and is it the most hydrating of all of them? No, because it has the electrolytes in it. No, I wouldn't choose it.
Speaker 5:The two also have a lot, of, plenty of electrolytes and minerals to hydrate you. Yeah, and they're all going to be drinkable.
Speaker 1:Oh great, Three distinct tastes of water.
Speaker 6:Yes, I mean really. And then this is the number four. This is the one that made Mineral Wells, mineral Wells.
Speaker 1:I read about it.
Speaker 6:Yes, this is the one that you read about that Judge Lynch found for his family. This one comes out of a well that's only 120 feet deep, so it's our most shallow. This is our number four. It's the highest mineral content water in America. That's the highest bottled mineral content water in the country. In the country. It's the highest mineral content water in America.
Speaker 5:It's the highest bottled mineral content water In the country In the country. One of the highest mineral water bottled in the world, though, for sure, yes, so that's our number four.
Speaker 6:It's going to be a little saltier than the others and definitely more mineral concentrated. You guys, stronger plan, yes, cheers.
Speaker 1:As they say in Finland. Oh, I know that, yeah.
Speaker 6:Oh, I know that.
Speaker 2:Yeah, yeah, this is what you need in your life. I mean, we all need it. But he gets cramps a lot and stuff.
Speaker 1:This also be what they soak in and bathe in, like the mineral baths they have them here still.
Speaker 5:Yep, so they do. The number three water in micro bubble tubs. Yes, so the tubs are special because they release like billions of microscopic bubbles the size of a hair strand.
Speaker 6:and these help to open up your pores. You're really taking in the minerals and expelling toxins. Yes, right up the road, okay so we're gonna do that in 20 minutes.
Speaker 1:You think that you know, if there's more, this that right.
Speaker 5:Well, I would say I mean the bath is only 20 minutes and and I mean you're getting it's very therapeutic, so the pour almost might be maybe too much.
Speaker 1:I'm not sure how that decision was made, though, but yeah, it's interesting how, in the old days, you would have them say we're going to go take the waters, Whether it was ocean side or whatever, and it actually makes a difference. It's really interesting.
Speaker 5:Yes.
Speaker 2:The air, the fresh air and the water. We went to the Blue Lagoon in Iceland, and so these are mineral baths.
Speaker 4:It's hot springs but it's very high mineral content.
Speaker 2:And we got out and I was like, rory, your face looks amazing. I mean, of course he's always beautiful, but like it just like his skin, just like instant.
Speaker 1:There's a silt that naturally produces high silicone and then you can put it on your face and leave it, rinse it off and for some reason, with my skin it just like ha, ha, ha ha ha, it came to life Whoa yeah.
Speaker 2:Whoa that, so it you're interested to see how this tub does to your face. We'll do it.
Speaker 5:I'll have to take a Crazy Water field trip. I feel the company. Yes, oh my god. Yes, I would highly recommend Iceland, iceland.
Speaker 1:Definitely the strongest taste in this one.
Speaker 5:Yes, it's pretty much strong and we sell four packs where you can get a bottle of each to get home with you. Have your friends sample it. Take them through it now, since you all know everything.
Speaker 4:Do you?
Speaker 6:all want to try the fizz, the sparkling water. Yes, oh yes, we love sparkling. I was like there is more.
Speaker 5:All right, and this is our number three. It's made at the bottling plant, so they carbonated themselves over there.
Speaker 1:All right in a glass bottle.
Speaker 5:Yes, nice, yeah, you can only get a glass.
Speaker 2:Thank you.
Speaker 1:So with the town, do they use aquifers, or is it runoff, or how do they? How's the town work, you know?
Speaker 6:Just like a city water. It's not the mineral water it used to be.
Speaker 5:Yeah, you can only get the crazy water right now from the three wells down the road. Only three wells open to the public right now.
Speaker 2:Okay, so can you go and take an empty bottle and fill it?
Speaker 5:Yeah, so you can fill gallons and up and they fill it for you. So it's not so much like a public space where you go and everyone fills up their water. It's kind of service. So they'll fill it for you. They do a lot of five-gallon jugs over there.
Speaker 1:People come from all over to get their bottles filled up and then take it back home with them. Use it for everything, I guess. So that's really cool. That's what we're gonna name. You have a five gallon jug with you, not today, they sell them there? Yeah, they do sell them there Do they really.
Speaker 6:Yeah, okay, the sparkling is my favorite. Yeah, yeah, good spring.
Speaker 2:I love sparkling water.
Speaker 6:There you go and we have crazy sodas, which is where we just put our syrups into them and then it was a soda. Oh, that's fun.
Speaker 2:You put it into this? Yeah, I think so. It's the water. That is so cute. Yes, you'll need one of those. What's your closest one to dr Pepper? That's been his soft drink of late Me too honestly.
Speaker 5:Nothing really. Dr Pepper, we have, like a cherry we could do cherry, vanilla, hibiscus. We've got lavender, raspberry, strawberry, blackberry, mango vanilla, caramel, coconut.
Speaker 6:A lot of people get the raspberry or the blackberry one. We can mix them and we can add an extra pump to make it pretty sweet too. They're light. Yeah, they're light. It's kind of like a LaCroix. That's nice, okay.
Speaker 1:You said raspberry is your favorite, all right.
Speaker 6:Okay so with the sparkling, does this pull from two?
Speaker 1:three or four. Three, so that comes from number three.
Speaker 5:Okay, next to the highest mineral content, so in theory in theory is for the healthiest because it has the mostest I mean it's really kind of I tell people, like, listen to your palate what tastes good for you. That's going to be your body kind of telling you which one you know you want with four. We also only recommend starting with a cup or two a day, because there are so many minerals, you know, that could, you know, spur on like a detox reaction and you You're really replenishing all that good stuff. So just to be on the safe side, start with a cup, maybe two a day.
Speaker 1:You can do the same with alkaline. You have to work into alkaline. You can't just switch immediately to full alkaline, because it'll get to you Flushing out all that acid, right?
Speaker 5:Yeah, so really it's about finding which water tastes good to you and what you feel good on.
Speaker 2:That's which water tastes good to you and what you feel good on. That's going to be the healthiest for you when you all serve, like your coffee and your tea are you using crazy water, yes, and what you serve here at the bar, yep, yes.
Speaker 6:Okay, that's so you must use number four for the coffee.
Speaker 1:So no, no, because of the amount of minerals that could corrode our machine, and so number one, that's what I meant.
Speaker 5:Oh, yeah, well, one is the one with just trace minerals, and we do RO. So it's like we'll do mostly one and then with some three, so it's minerals Three and then a lot of ones, so that we can dilute it.
Speaker 6:Oh yeah, you can do it.
Speaker 5:We have it on tap at the water store so you can mix, whatever you want. A lot of people do, or some people do half three, half four, or you know, on their own little blends.
Speaker 6:When I go buy my five gallon thing.
Speaker 2:I can do that.
Speaker 6:Yeah, do whatever your heart desires.
Speaker 2:Yep.
Speaker 1:How about the matcha?
Speaker 3:latte, those pretty good Very good yes.
Speaker 1:Are they good iced?
Speaker 5:Yes absolutely.
Speaker 6:Yes, yes, very popular iced.
Speaker 1:So I think I will do two things. That's fine, I wanna try your.
Speaker 6:Of course you gotta get a variety, yeah, and also the matcha latte, so the. I'll do raspberry.
Speaker 5:Okay, cool. Do you need lavender or vanilla in your matcha? I don't know, do I? I think you might want lavender.
Speaker 6:I'm kinda thinking you should try the lavender.
Speaker 1:Okay, sure yeah sure.
Speaker 2:And can he do a fake milk? Or is it too late for that Almond? Or oat.
Speaker 1:You tried any of the fake milks wasn't it Oat milk's pretty good Oat milk All right. Grace says no milk, we'll go with oat milk she said raspberry, we're going with raspberry.
Speaker 2:Glad I caught you in time. Thank you for trying the water. Yes.
Speaker 3:Yes, thank you. I'm glad we did.
Speaker 2:Okay, the nutritionist in me wants to share what you actually find in this water. Even though I'm a certified nutritionist we will still need to say neither of us are doctors, we're not liable, and all of that legal stuff.
Speaker 1:Basically, don't sue us.
Speaker 2:Exactly, and you should always seek medical help for your ailments. And what we're sharing isn't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
Speaker 1:Even though we hope it helps. You do just that.
Speaker 2:Yeah, so here it goes. All right, this mineral water is an alkaline water, which means it helps reduce acidity and toxins in your system. We put Rory on alkaline drinking water when he was diagnosed with cancer. It helps starve acidic or harmful cells so they can't feed and grow, while also getting more oxygen into the tissues. So this process starves disease and feeds health. Yeah, so eating your leafy greens does the same thing.
Speaker 4:Ricky.
Speaker 2:Yes, rory's giving an elbow nudge to his brother there.
Speaker 1:That's why your veggies are so important.
Speaker 2:They are and they do the same things, so greens do the same thing. They make your body more alkaline, and that is the simple premise of why and how this water works. Now here are some of the minerals naturally found in this water that contribute to the alkalinity, the pH balance and your overall health. You're going to find sodium bicarbonate calcium chloride, magnesium, manganese, potassium silica sulfate and zinc, and these minerals do things like delay fatigue.
Speaker 1:Yep neutralize lactic acid from physical activity. That's the burning you get in your muscles when you work out.
Speaker 2:Stabilize, strengthen and preserve bone structure and density.
Speaker 1:Yeah, they'll strengthen your hair, teeth and cells, prevent blood clots, help metabolize food into energy.
Speaker 2:Act as building blocks for energy.
Speaker 1:Expand blood vessels.
Speaker 2:Break down fats, carbs and proteins.
Speaker 1:Aid in the growth of new cells.
Speaker 2:Stabilizes harmful free radicals.
Speaker 1:Ensure your cells get enough food.
Speaker 2:Helps tissue repair.
Speaker 1:Detox the liver.
Speaker 2:Aids digestion by stimulating the gallbladder.
Speaker 1:It will improve your mineral absorption, which is Kind of important yeah, everything you're drinking here. You're drinking minerals to improve your mineral absorption.
Speaker 2:It strengthens the immune system.
Speaker 1:And improves your white blood cell count.
Speaker 2:Yes.
Speaker 1:That's a bunch of stuff.
Speaker 2:Yes, it is so, and a heads up the sulfate can act as a laxative in higher doses, so you have to work your way up to drinking crazy waters. Number threes and number fours, uh-huh. Start small and you build up and your body will acclimate and you can start drinking more of it.
Speaker 1:Yeah, it hasn't affected me that way. Thankfully, it's been great, yeah. So, speaking of building things up, we saw a lot of model trains during our visits to Mineral Wells, did we not?
Speaker 2:We did, and actually they played a big role in getting the water to different parts of the country back in the day, those little model trains.
Speaker 1:I had no idea, wow, I mean, I was impressed, really impressed, with what they had, but I had no idea that they did that so.
Speaker 2:The model trains model. What used to happen back in the day.
Speaker 1:Yeah, With what they did with model trains apparently.
Speaker 2:And it's not like what we can do today. So check this out.
Speaker 4:When the waters were so popular, people would want our water like all over the country. But water is really heavy so it's expensive to transport, and so they actually built a place where they would condense the water down to just the minerals, and so they called them crazy crystals, and so they would put them in these little boxes, put them on a train, and then they ship the boxes of crystals and then you just rehydrate it by adding the water back into it. But that doesn't exist anymore. No, they don't do that anymore. Yeah, we have much more efficient ways to ship, and actually we do have people. We have famous, famous athletes even that instead of drinking Gatorade, they will have our water shipped to them and they'll drink our water because it has all the same benefits without the dyes and the sugars and the minerals forced into the water. So, yeah, super cool.
Speaker 2:That's so fascinating. I wish they'd bring those back. That would make it way easier to transport when we fly overseas, and such right, Right. So hey, not only did we take the waters internally and mineral wells, but we also did mineral baths.
Speaker 1:We took the water.
Speaker 2:Yes, we did, rory.
Speaker 1:tell us your experience and thoughts about the baths well, it's something that that came to my mind after I'd finished my bath, so I'll start backwards. Okay, we, I was trying to find where the wells are that we get the water from, because you had been filling our things up our five gallon things and I hadn't, and so we drove all around town and then we came back after looking at houses a lot of wonderful historic homes in the in the town, and so, uh, we parked was during the bath during during your bath.
Speaker 1:Oh okay, so we parked and I was like he took his bath and then my.
Speaker 2:I took mine, she took her bath, yeah.
Speaker 1:So we parked and I was and I asked, uh, brandon, so we parked and I asked brandon, where is the well that she fills up? And he's like right there. And I parked in front of it and I said, oh, and that's the bathhouse. So it's really cool because the well is right there. The bathhouse is essentially connected to where you get your water and stuff, and then everything started making more sense in my brain.
Speaker 2:Well, that's good, that's good but it was really nice.
Speaker 1:Uh, I don't know if you've ever had a mineral bath.
Speaker 2:It was, I think, our second official one in a bath house probably I don't remember where the other was well, we went to the blue lagoon in iceland right, and so that was a bath house that was outside natural in the waters right, I mean we've done like hot springs, and then well, we stopped at that one, at that one place, and stayed in the hotel and we took the waters there.
Speaker 1:But this was that was my only other time, but it was really awesome. They draw the bathtub for you, which means they put the water in the tub, right? They?
Speaker 2:run the water in the tub and it's just like a normal looking bathtub with like jets in it. Well, you've got your own room. Yeah, it's a private room with a bathtub, so you've got your own private bathroom, bathtub, sink it has a toilet in there too.
Speaker 1:They supply towels, toilet.
Speaker 2:all that because you know when hot water and I mean you're there, so you tend to make water when you're in hot water, so anyway.
Speaker 1:so there's a toilet there, which is nice.
Speaker 2:I think it was really nice, but you don't take a bath in the toilet.
Speaker 1:Well, I didn't Right Mozzie, our cat does sometimes, but I did not, and so no, it was great.
Speaker 2:They have jets on the On the sides of the tub.
Speaker 1:They have jets in the tub and so you push this little button, the jets are on for 20 minutes and you just lay back and enjoy the ride. And they also had. They also had essential oils. And so she said would you like an essential oil in your bath? And I was like well, yes, I would Thank you very much. So she asked what I would like and she offered me different ones and I said I think I'll go with the rosemary, because rosemary helps invigorate and awaken your senses and I don't know some other things, and it makes you hungry too. So you know a good rosemary mineral bath.
Speaker 2:That's because you love rosemary on your potatoes and stuff. Yeah, I like rosemary.
Speaker 1:Rosemary olive oil is really wonderful on a baked potato. I'm just saying yeah.
Speaker 2:That's why it makes you hungry.
Speaker 1:Yeah, so it made me hungry smelling the rosemary, but it was really great. Oh, it was very nice, just relax. And she did tell me, take it easy. It can be overwhelming sometimes if you've not done this before, but I was totally overwhelmed in a good way, so it was not a problem and I loved it because I'm such a bath person.
Speaker 2:So I was like in heaven and it was just nice in the middle of the day to just sit there and be able to have a soak.
Speaker 1:Well, and you did some extra soaking earlier in the day as well.
Speaker 2:Yes.
Speaker 1:But you'll be hearing about that in a couple of episodes from now.
Speaker 2:Right. More on that soon. All right, you heard about the benefits of the bubbles in the bath when we were visiting the water bar. Our host at the Crazy Water Bathhouse also shared a little bit of the benefits as well.
Speaker 3:The oxygen-rich bubbles in our microb, micro bubble tubs inject into our mineral water to promote natural cleansing, exfoliation and moisturization. Nice, so those are the that's what the bubbles do.
Speaker 2:Yes, ma'am. Okay, so the water, the water itself.
Speaker 3:the water itself is a number three water straight from the well. So it pumps through straight to the tub and it works together with the bubbles to help the cleansing, exfoliation and moisturizing and it leaves you relaxed and just relaxes the muscles.
Speaker 2:all at the end Okay great, yes, ma'am, and brings some healing and detox kind of all at the same time. Right, detox big.
Speaker 3:Yes, big detox. So the big thing about the bath is the detox, so that's from the water. So it all kind of just works together and makes the body feel relaxed.
Speaker 2:Nice. Thank you, yes, ma'am, all right. So in the next episode we are going to dive deeper into the history behind this cool town and we're going to follow it up with more of our experiences in the following episodes after that.
Speaker 1:Yes, the upcoming episodes, but I encourage you to drink the water and take the water as well. If you want the water, you take the water. That's what the En Guapo says.
